bpexc Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bpexc platform available at bpexc.pro, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and bpexc (the "Company," "Platform," "We," or "Us").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account, access the platform, or use any service offered by bpexc. Your continued use of the bpexc platform — whether for sports betting, casino gaming, slots, live dealer games, or any other product — constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms in their current form.

To register and maintain an active account on bpexc, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bpexc does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held within the account.

bpexc reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) bpexc account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice and any balance held across those accounts may be voided.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activity that occurs under your bpexc account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bpexc will not be held liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own failure to keep your login details secure and confidential.

• Account credentials must not be shared, sold, transferred, or otherwise made available to any third party.
• You must notify bpexc support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bpexc reserves the right to lock any account that shows signs of suspicious activity pending investigation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee or administrative closure, subject to applicable regulations.

Username selection is subject to bpexc's discretion. bpexc reserves the right to require a user to change a username that is deemed offensive, misleading, or in violation of any applicable law or platform policy.

bpexc supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bitcoin, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits made to a bpexc account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business partners — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal Processing: USDT and Bitcoin withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer and mobile wallet withdrawals are processed within the same business day, subject to verification status.
• Withdrawal Verification: bpexc may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request above applicable thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and applies to all users without exception.
• Currency: All account balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Cryptocurrency balances are subject to market rate fluctuations; bpexc does not guarantee any specific PKR equivalent value for crypto holdings.
• Transaction Fees: bpexc does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party network fees — such as blockchain gas fees on USDT ERC20 transactions — are borne by the user.

bpexc reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, affected users will be notified via their registered contact details.

All bets placed on the bpexc platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product type — sports betting, live casino, slots, Pool Rummy, Mermaid Fishing, and any other games made available on the platform from time to time. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting lobby and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bpexc does not accept requests to cancel or amend a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of verifiable system error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, bpexc reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• Odds quoted for sports betting markets are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at confirmation are the final odds applicable to that wager.
• bpexc reserves the right to limit the maximum stake permitted on any individual bet, market, or event at its sole discretion.
• All casino games, including live dealer tables and random-number-generator (RNG) slots, use certified technology. The house edge for each game is available within the game information section of the respective title.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, or any other form of strategic manipulation constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Match result disputes for cricket betting — including PSL fixtures, international test matches, ODI series, and T20 leagues — are resolved in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). bpexc's decision on all disputed bet outcomes is final.

bpexc offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions (such as PSL season bonuses and Eid reload offers). All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• bpexc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional mechanics in ways not intended by bpexc — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per household, per IP address, and per device.
• bpexc reserves the right to alter wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and maximum bet limits applicable during active bonus play at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpexc platform. Any user found engaging in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one bpexc account simultaneously or at any time.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions or platform security measures.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime through the bpexc platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit RNG patterns, or otherwise undermine the integrity of bpexc's gaming environment.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening communication directed at bpexc support staff or other platform users.
• Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any bpexc software or technology.

All content published on the bpexc platform — including but not limited to the bpexc brand name and logo, website design and layout, software interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bpexc or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bpexc platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bpexc content without the prior written consent of bpexc.

Unauthorised use of bpexc's intellectual property — including using the bpexc brand name, logo, or platform design for commercial purposes, creating imitation platforms, or scraping platform data — will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexc, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bpexc platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or any other platform unavailability.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Cryptocurrency value fluctuations affecting the PKR equivalent of your account balance or withdrawal amounts.
• Any reliance on information or odds published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

The bpexc platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bpexc makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds data, or fitness for any particular purpose. Gambling inherently involves financial risk; you participate entirely at your own discretion and accept that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome.

bpexc is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. As such, bpexc provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered users at no cost.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold beyond which no further wagers will be accepted for a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard cutoffs on your active play session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bpexc platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

bpexc strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction across all products and geographies. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending confirmation of eligibility. Personal data collected during registration and ongoing account use — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method data, and betting activity records — is used for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and service improvement. bpexc does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

bpexc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bpexc will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or to the registered contact details associated with your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

bpexc may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your bpexc account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the bpexc support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following standard KYC checks.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bpexc holds its international gaming licence.
